The Scott Soil and Water Conservation District was recently recognized for bringing conservation to the residents and lands of Scott County for 75 years. Mary Peterson of the Minnesota Board of Soil and Water Resources presented a plaque to the Scott SWCD at their annual awards luncheon on August 16th. Peterson congratulated the Scott SWCD on the impact they have had on conservation locally, regionally and statewide since 1941.
